bittersweet
Distractedi thought that i would be scrambling to get away and be back in maine and back at school, but the time has flown by. i don't want to leave home yet. i haven't seen all my friends. i haven't had enough of my family yet. as much as i hate the california heat sometimes, i haven't had enough time to REALLY hate it yet.
on the other hand, i've eaten my fill of home cooking, dim sum, and souplantation.
i'm excited for a new year. it means time for a new outlook on life, for new experiences, new friends, a new me.
but i'm going to miss my mommy and daddy
